Follow Us:	About Beaufort Wine & Food Weekend The sixth annual Beaufort Wine and Food Weekend will take place April 21 - 25, 2010, and once again benefits the Beaufort Historical Association, Friends of the North Carolina Maritime Museum and the Carteret County Community College Culinary School. Building on the success of past years, the 2010 Beaufort Wine and Food Weekend is set to surpass the expectations of guests. Don't miss this amazing weekend on the Crystal Coast! BW&FW Mission Statement: The purpose of the Beaufort Wine and Food Weekend is to showcase great wineries and winemakers from around the world and pair them with food prepared by local, regional and visiting chefs in an intimate coastal setting along the Crystal Coast. Funds raised from the event go directly to non-profits that excel in drawing tourism to Carteret County. This five-day charitable event is a fundraiser for the Beaufort Historical Association, the Friends of the North Carolina Maritime Museum, and the Carteret County Community College Culinary School.
