Celebrity Grand Gala & Auction

Location:  Beaufort Historic Site

Time:  6:00 - 10:30 pm

Price: $110 per person

 

 

This premier gala event of the weekend joins the 2010 Festival Committee, and many of this year's special guests.  Celebrity chefs and personalities, wine experts from around the country, restaurateurs, generous festival sponsors and members of the media all come together for this exclusive party.  This evening brings together all those involved in working to make the sixth annual Beaufort Wine & Food Weekend an unforgettable, first-class event. 

Renowned boutique winemakers pour their finest reserve wines and match them with a bounty of mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres prepared by outstanding regional celebrity chefs.  After tasting delicious wines and food, guests can make their way to the Silent Auction tables to place bids on dozens of wine lots, weekend getaways and find art. 

A five-course meal is an incredible evening delight.

Chef Jerry Frivance from Sharpies - Robert Stemmler Pinot Noir paired with shellfish
Chef Jeremiah Tryon from McCurdy's - Feudi Falanghina paired with game
Chef Charles Park, CEC from Beaufort Grocery - Steele Pinot Blanc paired with beef
