Vin de Mer Grand Tasting and Culinary Village

Location: North Carolina Maritime Museum Gallant's Channel Site, Beaufort Time: 12:30 - 4:30 pm Price: $60 per person
The Festival comes to life Saturday, when the Vin de Mer Culinary Village officially opens! Considered the "heart" of the Beaufort Wine and Food Weekend, sample more than 300 wines and taste delicious hors d'oeuvres prepared by local chefs including Alex & Brett's, Amos Mosquito's, Aqua, Beaufort Grocery Co., Carlton's, Chef's 105, Clawson's, Garden Gate Cafe & Deli, McCurdy's, Milazzo's Italian Restaurant, Monkey Bar & Grill, The Net House, Picatta's, The Ruddy Duck Tavern and Shepard's Point to name a few! In addition to the sampling, you can learn secrets from this year's celebrity chefs, winemakers and winery owners while visiting the cooking demonstration tent and the educational tent. Don't miss this fun event!
Grand Tasting Village: Attendees enjoy samples from favorite world-renowned wine makers and spirits. They become acquainted with the variety of wines and other beverages offered. Guests are invited to mingle between cooking stations to experience the latest in food trends from the area's top restaurants, caterers and food vendors.
Your Village Ticket includes wine and food tasting, commemorative glassware, chef and author cooking demonstrations.
