Meet Ed Brantley from NBC's hit show "The Biggest Loser" as he works alongside Scott Howell from Nana's in Durham and local and guest chefs to show you how to make some of your favorite dishes the healthy way! Taste wines from 2009 overall best in show, Steele Winery.
