The premier gala event of the weekend will join the
2008 Festival Committee,
and many of this year’s key players
of the weekend. Celebrity chefs
and personalities, wine experts from around the country,
restaurateurs, generous Festival sponsors, and members of the media will
be present for this exclusive party. Jami Turner
WCTI TV12 will be on hand to give guests
exciting commentary on many of the
Auction
items.
This evening
will bring together those
involved in working to make the fourth annual Beaufort Wine & Food
Festival bigger and better than ever. Renowned boutique winemakers
will pour their finest reserve wines and match
them with a
bounty of mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres
that will be prepared
by outstanding regional celebrity chefs.
After tasting delicious wines and food, guests
can make their way to the Silent Auction tables
to place bids on dozens of wine lots, weekend
getaways and fine art.
