Location: North Carolina Maritime Museum Gallants Channel Site,
Beaufort, NC The Festival comes to life on Saturday, when the Vin de Mer
Culinary Village officially opens!
Considered the “heart” of the Beaufort
Wine and Food Weekend, sample more than 300 wines and taste delicious
hors d’oeuvres prepared by local chefs including Alex and Brett, Aqua,
Ballyhoo’s, Beaufort Grocery, Carlton’s, Chef’s 105, Clawson’s,
Milazzo’s at the Sheraton Atlantic Beach, Picatta’s, Shepards Point, The
Coral Bay Club and Williams to name a few! In addition to the sampling,
you can learn secrets from this year’s celebrity chefs, winemakers, and
winery owners while visiting the cooking demonstration tent and the
educational tent. Don’t miss this fun event!
Grand Tasting Village:
Attendees enjoy samples from favorite world-renowned wine makers and spirits. They become acquainted with the variety of wines and other beverages
offered. Guests are invited to mingle between cooking stations to experience the latest in food trends from the area's top restaurants, caterers and food vendors.
Village Ticket
includes wine and food tasting, commemorative glassware, chef and author cooking demonstrations.
The historic home vintners
receptions allow ticket holders to enjoy a one-of-a-kind evening in one
of Beaufort's most beautiful historic homes. Guest chefs and local chefs
are paired with guest winemakers for a delightful evening.
